At Lumbre Inc. ("Lumbre", "we") we take care of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for, who we share it with and what rights you have. It applies to the website, the app and this help center (the "Service").
1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
Data you give us
- Account: name, email and password.
- Billing: tax details and payment history. Card details are processed by our payment provider; we don't store them.
- Support: the content of your questions and messages.
Data generated when you use the Service
- Usage: pages visited, features used, date and time.
- Technical: IP address, device type, browser and operating system.

We don't sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
4. Who we share your data with

- Objection and restriction: object to certain uses or ask us to restrict them.
- Portability: receive your data in a reusable format.
- Withdraw your consent when processing is based on it.
To exercise them, write to us at privacy@lumbre.example. We reply within the legal deadlines. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit, access control and backups. No system is infallible; if an incident affects your data, we will inform you as required by law.
10. Children
The Service is not aimed at minors and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has given us data, let us know and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email or within the Service before they take effect. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
