02. Two-factor authentication
Protect your account with a second step.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) asks for a code from your phone when you sign in from a new device.
Turn it on
- Go to Profile → Security and click Enable 2FA.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (1Password, Google Authenticator, Authy…).
- Enter the 6-digit code to confirm.
- Save your recovery codes somewhere safe.
Require 2FA for everyone
Admins on the Business plan can require 2FA for the whole workspace in Settings → Security.
I lost my phone. How do I sign in?
Use one of your recovery codes. If you don't have them, an admin of your workspace can reset 2FA for you.
