Terms of Service

Last updated: October 1, 2026.

📄
Lumbre is a fictional company. These terms are sample content for the Faro theme demo and are not legal advice.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the services of Lumbre Inc. ("Lumbre", "we"), including the website, the app and this help center (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

To use the Service you must be of legal age in your country and able to enter into contracts. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity in your account.
  • The information you give us must be true, complete and up to date.
  • If you notice unauthorized use of your account, let us know immediately.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Break the law or infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
  • Send spam, malware or misleading content.
  • Try to access systems, accounts or data without authorization.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Service, or deliberately overload it.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the data and files you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy and display Your Content only as needed to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to Your Content.

5. Lumbre's intellectual property

The Service, including the software, design, trademarks and documentation, belongs to Lumbre or its licensors. These Terms don't transfer any rights in them to you, except the right of use described here.

6. Plans, payments and renewals

  • Some plans are paid. Prices and what each plan includes are published on the pricing page.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
  • If we change prices, we will give you at least 30 days' notice.
  • Applicable taxes are added to the price where required.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or if your use puts the Service or other users at risk. Whenever reasonable, we will notify you first. You can close your account at any time; after closing it, you can export Your Content for 30 days.

8. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party products (for example, payment or communication tools). Their use is governed by those third parties' terms, and Lumbre is not responsible for them.

9. Warranties

We provide the Service with professional care, but it is offered "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lumbre will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to it. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to hold Lumbre harmless from third-party claims arising from Your Content or from any use of the Service that breaches these Terms or the law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email or within the Service at least 15 days in advance. If you keep using the Service after that date, you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to any consumer rights you may have to bring proceedings where you live.
